NFT CHRISTMAS RAFFLE

OFFICIAL RULES & CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION

The NFT Christmas Raffle is conducted by Nelson's Ford Trucks and Performance Automotive Youth Foundation, Inc., DBA NFT Youth Foundation (the "Foundation"), a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC ("NFT") serves as the vehicle prize sponsor and promotional supporter.

The Foundation is responsible for administering the drawing, maintaining entry records, randomly selecting winners, verifying eligibility, and coordinating prize distribution.

All proceeds from voluntary contributions associated with the drawing benefit the Foundation's charitable programs.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, subject to applicable state and local laws.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Foundation and Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC, and their immediate family or household members, are ineligible.

Participants must provide accurate contact information and comply with these Official Rules.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY AND CONTRIBUTIONS

A suggested voluntary contribution of $40 supports the Foundation's charitable mission.

No purchase, payment, or contribution is necessary to enter or win. Eligible entries submitted without a contribution will receive equal treatment.

Entry instructions, submission deadlines, and any uniformly applied entry limits will be published by the Foundation before entries are accepted.

The Foundation may establish reasonable entry limits applied equally to all participants.

4. PRIZES

Three prizes will be awarded:

First Prize — Ford Truck

One Ford truck owned and provided by Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC.

Second Prize — $1,000 Cash

One $500 Nelson's Ford Trucks Gift Certificate, provided by Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC and subject to its disclosed redemption terms.

The prizes will be awarded to three separate eligible winners.

5. DRAWING DATE AND LOCATION

The drawing will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

The drawing is expected to be broadcast live through NFT's designated social media channels.

Attendance or viewing the live broadcast is not required to win.

6. WINNER SELECTION

The Foundation will randomly select three winning entries from all eligible entries received by the published deadline.

The first selected entry will receive the truck, the second will receive $1,000 cash, and the third will receive the $500 NFT Gift Certificate.

A participant may receive only one prize. If an already-selected winner's entry is drawn again, another entry will be randomly selected.

The Foundation will maintain records of the drawing and winner selection.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Winners will be promptly notified using their submitted contact information, including their mailing address.

Winners must provide identification and any documentation reasonably required for eligibility verification, tax reporting, and lawful prize transfer.

Winners will have 30 calendar days from documented notification to claim their prize, subject to applicable law. If a prize is not claimed, the Foundation will follow a lawful, documented procedure to ensure that the advertised prize is awarded.

8. VEHICLE OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER

The first-prize truck is owned by Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC.

The shop will retain legal ownership until the vehicle is lawfully transferred to the verified winner.

The winner must complete applicable title, registration, insurance, tax, and identification requirements before taking possession.

The winner is responsible for arranging transportation of the vehicle following delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. VEHICLE CONDITION AND WARRANTIES

The vehicle is awarded AS-IS, WHERE-IS, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly provided in a separate written warranty, neither the Foundation nor Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC provides additional warranties concerning the vehicle's condition, reliability, future performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The winner is encouraged to inspect the vehicle before accepting delivery.

Nothing in these rules excludes any warranty, disclosure obligation, or legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. TAXES AND EXPENSES

Each winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance of a prize.

The vehicle winner is responsible for applicable registration, licensing, title-transfer, and insurance costs unless otherwise required by law.

The Foundation and applicable prize sponsors may require completion of tax reporting and withholding documentation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation, Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC, and their respective officers, employees, directors, volunteers, and agents are not responsible for losses or damages arising from a participant's use or operation of a prize after lawful delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

The Foundation and Nelson's Ford Trucks LLC do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party websites, social media platforms, or electronic entry systems.

No provision limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other legally nonwaivable claim.

12. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY

Winners may be publicly identified by name and general city or state of residence to announce and document the results, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Any additional promotional use of a winner's photograph, likeness, or testimonial will require consent where required by law.

Personal information collected for the drawing will be used for administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, and applicable recordkeeping.

13. DRAWING INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE

The Foundation will conduct the drawing fairly, randomly, and without predetermined winners.

All advertised prizes will be awarded in accordance with applicable law.

The drawing will not be conditioned upon receiving any minimum amount of contributions or distributing a minimum number of tickets.

The Foundation will not arbitrarily reject eligible entries or discriminate between contributors and noncontributors.

The Foundation will comply with applicable Florida laws, including Florida Statutes Chapters 496 and 849.

14. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by Florida law, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory legal protections.

Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal procedures in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Official Rules prevents a participant from exercising nonwaivable statutory rights or pursuing remedies provided by law.
