Refund Policy

Return Policy – Nelson’s Ford Trucks

You may return any product purchased from Nelson’s Ford Trucks within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please ensure that all original items and accessories are included in the return shipment. Incomplete returns may not qualify for a refund. Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Products purchased directly from manufacturers must be returned in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s return policy. Returns initiated without prior authorization may result in a delay or denial of the refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, and confirmed to be in resalable (unused) condition by Nelson’s Ford Trucks or the manufacturer.

Once approved, a full refund will be initiated. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exceptions

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refusal of delivery does not guarantee a refund. Orders must be accepted and returned following the proper return process to qualify.
  • If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Photographic evidence will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Return processing may take 7–10 business days after the item is received.

Installed Items

Any item that has been installed is not eligible for return and will void any refund.

Defective or Warranty Items

For warranty-related or defective items, customers must contact the product manufacturer directly. If a warranty replacement is approved, the defective item must be returned prior to the issuance of a replacement.
